London Polymer Clay Group

May 17, 2010

On Sunday I went to a  meeting of the London Polymer Clay Group.  To celebrate its third anniversary, Christine Dumont ran a special 2 hour workshop and generously shared her knowledge and some of her techniques. Her imagination and the quality of her work is wonderful.  This is one of her ‘ossocopia’ pieces. you can see more of her work at http://www.allovercreation.net/

I’m struck by the generosity of so many in the polymer clay ‘community’  who share their knowledge and offer encouragment. The group is convened by Carol Blackburn, polymer clay artist and author, who put some of her own pieces on display. You can see some of her work at http://carolblackburn.co.uk/index.html . The group meets bi-monthly and anyone  interested in joining in can find more details at  http://www.lpcg.co.uk/.
