I’ve been making buttons out of polymer clay in the last few days. I’ve made a mixture of large focals, small buttons and children’s buttons as an experiment and I think they’ve turned out pretty well.

It opens up a lot of possibilities. I can now offer buttons to exactly match earrings or other individual pieces of jewellery. Or I can design buttons to coordinate with different outfits or jewellery sets. A set of funky buttons could transform a plain cardigan for instance.
